Terms of sale

The rules for buying and using DJIA products: what a license covers, how long, what you get while it runs and what happens when it ends.

Draft structure. To confirm Legal text to be written by the seller; effective date

The sections below are the outline the final terms have to cover. The facts in the notes come from the owner's decisions (08-kupovina-i-licence) and the products' code; the wording is the seller's.

  1. Seller and contactTo confirm Seller legal name, address, registration and VAT/PIB number
  2. Products and licenses

Each product is bought separately; a bundle is an option. Plans are annual, for 1, 10, 50, 100 or 1000 sites; there are no lifetime licenses. A license is bound to a site address.

To confirm Definition of "site" per product (DJIA Builder binds host, port and path; www. counts as another host)
  3. What the license includes

Downloads, updates and support for the plan period. When a license is not renewed the site keeps working; updates and support stop.

Condition Publish "the site keeps working" for DJIA Cache and DJIA Filter only after their lock-outs are removed
  4. Software license

The plugin packages carry open-source license headers (GPL). What the terms may restrict on top of that is a legal decision.

To confirm GPL headers in the plugins versus any restriction on modification or redistribution in these terms
  5. Ordering and payment

Prices, taxes, currency, the payment processor, when the order is confirmed and when access is granted (only after confirmed payment).

To confirm Prices, VAT handling, currency, payment processor
  6. Delivery

Products are delivered as downloads in your account, never as public links.

  7. Renewals and upgrades

Manual renewal before or after expiry; plan upgrades for the price difference.

To confirm Whether renewals are automatic or manual, and the renewal price
  8. Refunds

    See the refund policy.

  9. Support

What support covers and does not cover is described on the Support page.

To confirm Support duration per plan and channels
  10. Liability and warrantyTo confirm Limitation of liability and warranty wording
  11. Changes, governing law and disputesTo confirm Governing law, venue, how changes are announced
